Prada Baroque

Tiedättekö sen yhen asian, mitä mietitte koko ajan ja joka jäi vaivaamaan kun lähditte kaupasta ilman sitä? Pradan Baroque aurinkolasit ovat olleet sitä mulle jo useamman vuoden. Siitä päivästä lähtien kun ne bongasin niin olen niitä hartaasti miettinyt. Itseasiassa vasta muutama kuukausi sitten päätin ottaa selvää paljonko ne maksavat ja olin itseasiassa positiivisesti yllättynyt, vaikka ei nyt ehkä silti vielä voi H&M aurinkolasien hintatasosta puhuakaan. Mutta olisi voinut olla pahempikin, tai ainakin niin itselleni uskottelen.  

Mulla on aina suuri tarve perustella itselleni varsinkin tämmöiset vähän isomman luokan ostokset. Juuri siitä itseasiassa puhuimme kämppikseni kanssa Stockmannin laukkuosastolla (tosi tärkeä tämä lokaatio informaatio), että miksi pitää aina perustella ostokset. Täytyy kyllä sanoa, että kämppikselläni oli ehkä terveempi lähestymistapa asiaan argumentilla "kyllä itseään saa hemmotella", kuin minulla, joka yrittää epätoivoisesti keksityillä syillä perustella alkavan shoppausholismini seurauksia. Mutta päädyin kuitenkin hyviin perusteluihin näidenkin lasien kohdalla: olen niitä pitkään himoinnut, minulla on rahaa ja piru vie olen Pradani ansainnut. Muutama viikko takaperin ne sitten tilasin käsi väristen ja siitä viikko eteen päin kävin ne postista hakemassa ja melkeinhän muutaman onnenkyyneleenkin tirautin kun niin ihanat ne ovat.  

Onko teillä jotain mitä olette kauan himoinneet ja vielä tärkeämpänä kysymyksenä perusteletteko itsellenne aina kaikki ostoksenne?

Prada Baroque shades have been that for me since the day I saw them for the first time. Actually only few months ago I checked how much they cost and I was positively surprised even though the price wasn't even close to H&M's. But it could've been worse, or at least that's what I'm telling to myself. 

I always need to explain myself why need to buy a certain thing, especially if it's a not-so-cheap thing. We were actually talking about that with my roommate few weeks ago and I must say that she actually had a little more healthier argument "it's ok to buy something nice for yourself once in a while".  I, on the other hand, try to come up with desperate explanations to support my growing shopaholism. Nevertheless I came up with good explanations this time as well: I have thought about this purchase for a long time, I have the money and damn straight I have earned my Pradas. Couple of weeks ago I ordered them and pick them up from the post office and almost cried from happiness when I put them on.
